It was distilled in 2008 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 9 years. Positive surprise from Chamarel - clear sweetness of vanilla sugar, nougat and ripe bananas, plus nice wood influence and some pepper and latte. Would have actually deserved much more attention...Insider tip!
