The "Rhum Agricole Brut de Fût" was produced in Guadeloupe at the ReimonenQ distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler J.B. Labat. It was distilled in 2007 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 7 years. The rum has an ABV of 56,7%. 09.07.2021 Attended a nice tasting arranged by a friend of mine. Notes Dark in colour. Nose Lightly sweet, dried fruit, light wood, cherry, sugarcane, light floral, faint vegetal. Palate Oily, fresh, light wood, sugarcane, light citrus, light vegetal, faint tobacco, faint smoke, cherry. Finish Medium long, elegant, dried fruit, light tea, faint smoke, light wood.
