It was distilled in 2000 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 18 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. Bonpland Series Jamaica 18 years. This one comes across on the nose with tropical fruits and bamane, and honey is also recognizable. Then on the palate too. A nice mixture of sweetness and fruit, but can't keep up with a real Hampden.
Un rhum jamaïcain stable, mais pas sensationnel. Je parierais sur Long pond !
