Clarendon Kill Devil
The "Kill Devil" was produced in Jamaica at the Clarendon distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Hunter Laing. It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 9 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. This is a limited release and there are only 303 bottles. 6 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.4/10. The rum smells like Nail polish, Tropical fruit and Spicy, and on the palate there is Medicinal, Spicy and Woody.

"14.04.2021 Relaxing at home with some new samples. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Light, fresh, light wood, vegetal, light citrus, pineapple. Palate Light, oily, light citrus, light wood, pineapple, spices, light vegetal, faint chocolate. Finish Light, medium long, wood, dried fruit, spice, faint mango."

"Der Geschmack birgt eine medizinische (chemische?) Note, die mich an stärker getorfte schottische Single Malts erinnert. Ansonsten leicht fruchtig, mineralisch und insgesamt mild. Ein unkomplizierter Easy Sipper, den ich gerne mit weniger Verdünnung probiert hätte. Guter Rum, aber sicher kein erneuter Kauf."
