The "Dictador Best of" was produced in Colombia at the Destilería Colombiana distillery. It was distilled in 1976 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 40 years. "This weekends tasting offered some rare bottles from Dictador. Though I have a few of them on my shelves, all those offered were new to me. This is the second one. At least this one has less domininance in the coffee and is nicely balanced between oak, chocolate and coffee. A little bit of smoke on the finish and I like that. "
