The "Sestante" was produced in Guyana at the Enmore distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Silver Seal. It was distilled in 1988 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 18 years. The rum has an ABV of 54,4%. 05.03.2016 Finally back in Kolding again after some years at Messe C in Fredericia. Much easier to get home when it's within walking distance. Had my good friend from Singapore visit for a month and that ended up in a lot of tasting 😊 Notes. Nose: Intense, wood, roasted, leather, dried fruit, licorice. Palate: wood, roasted, dried fruit, spicy, licorice. Finish: very long, roasted, wood, spicy, chocolate, raisin, light herbs.
