The "Panama Rum Oloroso Sherry Cask" was produced in Panama. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler El Ron del Artesano. It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 57,6%. The rum smells like Nutty, Peaches and Green pepper, and on the palate there is Roasted, Chocolate and Cream.
