7:The nose is intense with roasted aromas of cocoa and coffee. The heaviness of these aromas is nicely counterbalanced by a beautiful freshness of apple brandy, sauternes notes. In the background, notes of nuts, dried fruit, vanilla and damp wood enrich the profile. Aeration doesn’t change the first impressions much, some notes of chocolate come to the fore.
