It was distilled in 2008 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years 6mo. The rum has an ABV of 41,9%. The rum smells like Woody, Smoky and Pear, and on the palate there is Vanilla, Mild and Roasted.

In der Nase unscheinbar aber Frucht und Röstaromen sind zu erkennen. Im Mund dann überraschend vollmundig mit guter natürlicher süße und eine schöne Würze. Bin wirklich positiv überrascht auch wenn er etwas Mild ist.
Nicht gesüßt und ohne Zusatzstoffe. Wunderbar! Und wunderbar holzig. Erinnert an Whisky mit leichter Rauchnote. Im Mund erst sehr mild und sanft, dann kräftiger werdend im Abgang. Holz-König!
