Vers Worthy Park
"Very nice combination of Jamaica rum and craft beer. Very fruity and very funny product😅. Nice honey and juniper note. Pro tip: Daiquiri or Mai tai with banana wheat foam. Final stage delicious!"
"Wow, je n'ai jamais eu une note de miel aussi intense dans un rhum. La base du Worthy Park est encore bien visible. Agréablement doux grâce aux 46%. Une expérience passionnante !"
"A lighter Worthy Park that plays the sensuality card. The nose plays hide-and-seek with fruit (banana, pineapple, pear), sweet spices (pepper, vanilla), marzipan and a few floral notes. The profile is not aggressive; there's an assumed sweetness, which dulls the aromas a little (surely with the aim of not rushing beginners). It remains round and mellow for the nostrils. On the palate, this is a fairly quiet rum, with notes of whisky barrel, some medicinal notes (glue, esters) as well as fruit and caramel. The rum is fairly dry, but with an almost creamy texture. The 46% does not make itself felt. A slightly higher degree would surely have extracted more aromas. The finish is of decent length, a little drier, slightly bitter with leather and wood. The reduction didn't prevent the whisky, caramel, fruit and a few phenolic notes from coming through on the finish. An interesting profile for an introduction to Jamaican rums, the whisky influence not being too dominant and allowing the aromas to express themselves properly."
"Bonne idée, mais malheureusement trop voulue. Le whisky est dominant, mais de la bière il ne reste presque que le trouble de la levure. En soi, une bonne bière jamaïcaine d'entrée de gamme, mais trop chère."
