The "Bellamy‘s Reserve Belize Cask Finish" was produced in Barbados. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Perola. It was distilled from Molasses and then aged for 9 years. The rum has an ABV of 40%. This is a limited release and there are only 300 bottles. 4 community members rated this rum with an average of 6.3/10. The rum smells like Honey, Marmalade and Buttery, and on the palate there is Sweet, Fudge and Caramel.

"Had a Bellamy's Reserve tasting yesterday and it was kind of a disappointment to say the least. Here's the fifth of the six. If you're looking for an overly sweet rum then this is it. In my mind a rum made without ambition, but you could probably use it as a dessert rum. Too expensive compared to what you get. "
"Der süßeste Eindruck der Serie, mit Honig bis Butterscotch in der Nase. Haarscharf an der Grenze zu aufdringlich. Im Mund erschlägt die Süße dann fast alles, in der Mitte kommt Frucht durch, nach hinten raus wird's recht schnapsig. Der Zucker war hier gewollt bis nötig vermute ich. Ein Hauch Kokos dabei."
