"The nose has lots of sweet dried fruits mixed in with honey. Further nosing reveals some toffee and cocoa. The palate is more woody then the nose let's on with a hidden depth of coconut. The finish is of a medium length, leathery and with a lot of spice. It's a pretty solid example of Central American rum. Light and inoffensive, just a touch too leathery for my tastes."
