Karukera L'Intense
The "L'Intense" was produced in Guadeloupe at the Karukera distillery. It was distilled in 2018 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still. The rum has an ABV of 59,9%. This is a limited release and there are only 3750 bottles. 18 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.2/10. The rum smells like Vegetal, Grass and Custard, and on the palate there is Vegetal, Peppery and Lemon.

19.12.2020 Nice tasting shortly before Christmas in a private area of the bar. Unfortunately this very old bar closed down in 2023. Notes Clear in colour. Nose Fresh, intense, Agricole, grass, citrus, light floral. Palate Warm, fresh, Agricole, grass, citrus, floral. Finish Long, warm, citrus, sugarcane.
A nose of greedy sugar cane, pancake batter, fresh and round, the alcohol is very well integrated. A white rum of tasting a perfection in ti-punch! By draining it, the nose is very carried on the banana, and the mouth a little also, it is very good!
