Samaroli Barbados Rum
The "Barbados Rum" was produced in Barbados. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 2002 from Molasses and then aged for 15 years. 30.03.2019 I received a huge lot of Samaroli samples from my friend in the UK, and this is the forth batch I tried, this time with a friend stopping by. Unfortunately one of the sample bottles lost its life dropping on the tile floor. Notes. Light to medium dark colour. Nose: fresh, fruity, citrus, cinnamon, light wood. Palate: fresh, light, mineral, wood, pineapple, anise. Finish: medium long, wood, light chocolate, salty, fruits.
