"Tasted this rum at my recent visit to Saint Lucia Distillers (SLD). It’s a 100% Coffey column still rum aged for two years in ex-bourbon casks whereafter it’s filtered to get rid of the color from the casks. The nose is fresh and fruity with a scent of citrus, At the palate it’s round, fruity, smooth, complex and balanced with some sweetness and woodiness. The finish is medium long and smooth with a citrus flavor. Overall a well tasting rum that has a little too low ABV for me."
