"Sample tasting. On the nose quite fresh and juicy with apple and pear, light marzipan especially in the beginning, quite flowery, young wood, light leather, Port also brings light chocolate. On the palate I get wood, leather, spices, light dark chocolate, apple. Very woody aftertaste. I have a feeling the rum is stronger than 46% would suggest. Saint James never dissapoints, great blending experiment."
