It was distilled in 2012 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 9 years 7mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 50,6%. Fruity JM, at first almost reminiscent of a TDL on the nose with fruit (peach, passion fruit) and some mint. Some apple on the palate and then the Agricole spice slowly emerges.
Very nice J.M, with quite a high degree of maturity. Very intense for 50%, with a really appealing interplay of aromas. Great PLV.
