On aeration, it becomes a bit waxy, flowery and herbaceous, the fruits dried and the wood brings pastry and nuts. 8,3:On the palate, the attack is juicy and sweet, creamy with sugarcane honey, some tea, spicy with pepper, cinnamon and vanilla.
