The "2011" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Holmes Cay. It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 11 years. It’s very sweet on the nose. It’s apparent that it is barrel aged for some time and the woody scents and taste comes out. It has the perfect amount of sweetness with a fruity hint. The finish is more woody and lasts for a decent amount of time. For being 159 proof, it is very smooth.
