Sarzi Amade DDL Port Royal Demerara
The "Port Royal Demerara" was produced in Guyana at the Demerara Distillers Ltd distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Sarzi Amade. It was distilled in 1991 from Molasses and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. This is a limited release and there are only 370 bottles. 1 community member rated this rum with an average of 6.5/10. The rum smells like Dried apricot, Dried dates and Molasses, and on the palate there is Caramel, Dried apricot and Dried dates.

Un rum che ha un impronta di Demerara ma che non amo nel suo grado ridotto che si lo rende un po’ troppo “facile” soprattutto in bocca dove si spegne un po’ troppo presto in un finale non appagante. Una bevuta didattica.
