The "Plantation Fiji Islands Ironroot Republic “Promethean” Bourbon Cask (Kirsch Whisky)" was produced in Fiji at the Fiji Rum & Co distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Maison Ferrand. It was distilled in 2017 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 4 years 6mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 50,1%. 3 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.3/10. The rum smells like Caramel, Sweet and Tropical fruit, and on the palate there is Sweet, Medicinal and Spice.
