The "Single Cask Rum (Spirits Kiosk)" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Elizabeth Yard. It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Double Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 10 years 2mo. The rum has an ABV of 49,6%. Fairly noticeable alcoholic burn on the nose. Then some settling brings a burnt creamy butterscotch, complimenting a slight citrus oil and vanilla essence. First taste is a light brown suger, mace spice chocolate, this lingers without much development. However the finish lingers with an oily chocolate, slightly mineral vanilla essence posting.
