"Direct comparison of the RDL Red Cane (83%) with the Nobilis Montebello (82.3%). The RdL is extremely powerful. Its sugar cane and herbal aromas literally pour out of the glass. But so does the alcohol. The nose needs some distance from the glass. The same game on the palate. The 83% only allows for the smallest sips, but the alcohol still has to be tamed first. After that, the aforementioned aromas develop strongly and evenly. A bitter metallic note is also added. This continues until the long finish. Compared to the Nobilis, it remains a clear second, as it is considerably more accessible despite having almost the same ABV and has slightly more balanced aromas."
"#4409 Festival Whisky & Rom 2023 28.10.2023 Notes. Ici, on en a pour son argent. Chaud/épicé avec des notes florales et herbacées. Huileux avec de belles notes terreuses et végétales. Finale très longue."
"Holy.... Okay, I didn't prepare will enough. Only the, kind of sweet rum, as starters. Not enough for prep. This is difficult to the extreme. Very exciting. I'm in awe. WOW. This is well selected (Difficult to state well crafted, as I don't think there's much craftmansship in this)"
