The "Diamond Distillery" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond (Port Mourant) distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Elizabeth Yard. It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Double Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 49,8%.
