The "Demerara Rum (Toucans Collection)" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond (Port Mourant) distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler High Spirits Collection. It was distilled in 2001 from Molasses with a Double Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 20 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 46%.
