The "MG Rum Barbados (The Auld Alliance)" was produced in Barbados at the Mount Gay distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Corman Collins. It was distilled in 2000 from Molasses and then aged for 21 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 49,3%. 7 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.2/10. "A fine rum, especially for the beautiful, flavorful finish. The alcohol lacks a little integration. The nose is alcoholic but rather fresh, with tangerine peel and a hint of acetone. The palate is a little weak, the aromas not developing much. Citrus fruits provide freshness."
