After long rest, the rum becomes sweeter with candied caramel and honey.Perhaps we could taste umami. 8,3:The finish is intense, long, waxy, roasted wood with nuts, filled with industrial notes like tar, dirt, plastic. It is dry and spicy. There are hints of dried and yellow fruits and after a while becomes tannic..

On sent les 52% tout au long de la dégustation, mais il y a de belles notes de bois et une longue finale. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un rhum d'un niveau un peu plus élevé, qui ne convient pas à tout le monde, mais pour ceux qui recherchent le goût et qui l'aiment sec, c'est un bon choix.
