The "Plantation Guyana (Single Cask 2022)" was produced in Guyana at the Demerara Distillers Ltd distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Maison Ferrand. It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 14 years 7mo. The rum has an ABV of 51%. 11 community members rated this rum with an average of 6.8/10. The rum smells like Woody, Alcoholic and Sweet, and on the palate there is Spicy, Alcoholic and Woody.

N'est pas à avoir. Assez alcoolisé malgré un ABV faible. On peut faire autant de finitions que l'on veut 😂Une Guyane inférieure à la moyenne avec un alcool mal intégré et une note de whisky dérangeante. Je ne l'aime pas ...
Decidedly, it's not always easy to find nice outings at Plantation. Already not a big fan of Guyana's terroir, this keel won't change my mind. It's not great, it's alcoholic, earthy and a little caramelized. I don't like it at all.
Goût d'agricole semi-doux.
We are of course a dying port profile with a slightly soapy nose. The pm is accompanied by a hint of smoke with a well-peated side. On the palate, these markers are confirmed. I don't like young malts or peatiness, but strangely enough, it works quite well here. It's still a dying port, but it's been reworked for 2 years at the plantation, which makes it pretty decent.
