The "Hamilton Jamaican Rum WNJME" was produced in Jamaica at the Clarendon distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Hamilton. It was distilled in 2013 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 8 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 68,10% and the mark is WNJME. Fantastic, I’m so happy I went back for this bottle. Opens up beautifully with a little water. Something to squirrel away.

I have become a fan of Hamilton’s Rums over the years, but this one was not for me. For the age and price, I had much higher hopes for it. The burn was so strong that it was uncomfortable going down. Mixed was better, but nothing all that special.
