Aficianados Group XXX/Six MLMMW7
The "XXX/Six MLMMW7" was produced in Mauritius. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Aficianados Group. It was distilled in 2010 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 9 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 67,2% and the mark is MLMMW7. This is a limited release and there are only 260 bottles. 3 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.0/10. The rum smells like Smoky, Spicy and Nutmeg, and on the palate there is Allspice, Anise and Clove.

Unique. I don’t know what I was expecting but the first sip really surprised it. It’s wonderful, and obviously quite strong, but the flavor comes through well even at the strength. Super spicy: baking spices out the wazoo. I feel like there is fruit beneath but I can’t figure out which.
