8:On the nose, the first impression we get is an agricole rhum, as we notice sugarcane honey, light, fresh, grassy and flowery, fruity with citrus and yellow fruits, as a wood is slightly roasted and spicy with some vanilla. On aeration, chamomile and earthiness, mineral cane, apricot and banana, some nuts.Very pleasant. 8:On the palate, the attack is fresh and sweet with sugarcane honey, flowery, grassy with hay, vegetal with tea, chamomile, yellow fruits, later citrus, with slightly roasted wood tones like confectionery, nuts and chocolate, spicy with vanilla and pepper, with a pinch of salt.With resting, the rum is musty, earthy, minty, we could taste mushrooms and citrus. 7,9:The finish is quite long, dry and slightly earthy with light wood and vegetal cane, citrus...
"Agricole de l'île Maurice. Nez assez fleuri. Fruits jaunes. Sec et frais. Bouche : très agricole. Thé à la camomille. Un peu de moisi. Foin/herbe... vous connaissez la chanson. Délicat. Bon jus. Il ne montre pas encore toutes ses couches. A besoin de plus de temps. Je le réessayerai bientôt.
