It was distilled in 2021 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 1 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 55,7%. The rum smells like Vegetal, Tea and Apricot, and on the palate there is Black tea, Grass and Meringue.

It young and not pretending to be anything else. A brash nose, firey with something that is not quite enjoyable, tea and vegetation alongside something sweet and fruity. The mouth is better, sweetness from the sherry with some hay and green pepper as well as more tea. The finish is short and fairly tame, some dish washer liquid elements alongside more tea and some white sugared sweetness for a year of aging it is enjoyable but more of an experiment to my taste
Best rum I tried this year. Other reviewer giving it 7/10 must be on another planet
