Erstaunlich komplex, trotz der nur 40%. In der Nase daher auch eher unaufdringlich, kommt dann erst beim Geschmack die Idee, was man da gerochen haben könnte. Auf der Zunge überwiegen die holzigen Noten, aber auch eine gutes Maß an Gewürz. Eine Mischung aus Pfeffer, Piment und unterschwellig Vanille/Schoko. Im Abgang erst richtig gut, ein kleiner Drink reicht, um den Geschmack auch noch nach Minuten auf Zunge und Gaumen zu haben. Eine limitierte Edition der Privat Cask Collection, die mich auch wegen dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut überzeugt hat.
