The "Pot Distilled Jamaican Rum (Bar Tre) JMM" was produced in Jamaica at the Clarendon distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Thompson Bros.. It was distilled in 2000 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 21 years. The rum has an ABV of 48,9% and the mark is JMM. This is a limited release and there are only 217 bottles. 9 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.0/10. The rum smells like Fruity, Herbal and Caramel, and on the palate there is Papaya, Caramel and Dried fruit.

Nice continental Clarendon, full of fruits and well integrated. Would have loved to see it with a higher abv and some more intensity. //update: rated it down a bit, in direct comparison to others the low abv and lack of complexity gets more pronounced but still a good sipper
Étonnamment fruité pour un Clarendon. Les pourcentages de volume sont bien choisis. Il ne semble pas mince en bouche. Belle longueur en bouche.
It has really nice fruity notes, but is unfortunately a little too watery.
Fruity, continental Clarendon. Fruity profile, light esters, alcohol is very well integrated. Slight sweetness, yellow fruits, a slight bitter note in the finish, probably due to the long ageing, but which fits well into the profile. Easy sipping rum, a nice rum, but lacking that special something for a higher rating.
