The "Alfred’s Trail Limited Edition 6.0" was produced in Nicaragua. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Number Nine Spirituosenmanufaktur. It was distilled in 2015 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 6 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 60%. Just had a retaste of this nice rum. Amazing what you get for the price tag. A really good release. This is a super rum considering the low cost of the bottle. Lightly dry and medium to long finish.
