Epic Velier Caroni Tasting 2023: Excellent 1996 cask with a really rich, delicious sweetness of vanilla, cookies and caramel. Top class.
Insane Caroni - especially the nose is heavenly! Very well integrated alcohol, perfect sweetness on the palate with a great chocolate note!
15.02.2020 Had a nice evening with dinner and everything and after that a nice little tasting. Notes. Very dark in colour. Nose Wood, spice, roasted, plum, glue, light caramel, citrus, light medicinal note. Palate Oily, complex, wood, roasted, chocolate, citrus, banana, varnish, light mint. Finish Very long, wood, varnish, citrus, mint, earthy. Extra note. The longer in the glass the more flavours are released.
